Dalilah Darancou, CPA
Dalilah Darancou is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in accounting, tax, and financial services. She holds a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, equipping her with a strong foundation in both financial strategy and technical accounting expertise.
Since beginning her career in 2005, Dalilah has worked with individuals, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses, providing reliable, detail-oriented financial guidance. Her experience spans tax preparation, financial reporting, and business advisory services, allowing her to help clients make informed decisions and achieve long-term financial stability.
Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to client success, Dalilah takes pride in building lasting relationships and delivering personalized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

Sergio Alvarez
Sergio Alvarez brings extensive experience at the intersection of engineering, technology, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, equipping him with a strong analytical and systems-driven approach to problem-solving.
Throughout his career, Sergio has worked across engineering, technical operations, and fintech, focusing on optimizing processes, implementing scalable solutions, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency. His background enables him to bridge the gap between financial services and modern digital infrastructure.
